Does everyone have to come to the first session?
No. Start with whoever is willing. Many families begin with one person.
Is what my teenager says kept private?
Mostly, yes. Teens open up when they trust the room. We tell parents about safety concerns, and we explain the rules to everyone in the first session.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, by video anywhere in Ohio, with the same clinician.
How long is a session?
Individual and teen sessions run 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions run 75.
How do I know which clinician to pick?
You do not have to. Jo asks a few questions on the first call and suggests a match.
